Welcome - Youth Worker

"Hi there! My name is Nathan Shipley and since January 1st I have been working for the church here as a Youth Worker.

"I moved to Burwell in September 2006 with my wife Amy (she is the good looking one in the photograph!) After spending a year working at a secondary school and completing a Level 3 course in Youth Work, I jumped at the chance to apply for this job.... Continued...

Alpha: Over 8 million people in the UK - with upwards of 50 people in Burwell - have attended an Alpha course, an opportunity to explore the meaning of life and to ask the big questions that you have always wanted to ask. Alpha is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith over ten thought-provoking, friendly and fun weekly sessions.
The next Alpha course in Burwell will start after the summer.
